For anyone looking for something to do Sunday July 18th, we will be hosting an open house on Upas street for a 1980″s Ted Smith house. This property was built in the days when ted Smith was on more of a shoe-string budget and has it’s own interesting and unique features to be noted.

Ted Smith is a local architect featured in the New York Times, he has won state and national design awards and praise from fellow architects for the Merrimac and Kettner Row.
